Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Claims:
To initiate a warranty claim, please complete the warranty claim form. CosmoxToys offers a 30-day product warranty from the date of purchase, unless a different warranty period is specified by the manufacturer.

2. Product Issues:
If your product is found to be defective or not functioning as intended, our primary approach will be to repair or replace the item. If these solutions are not feasible, we will then consider offering a refund.

3. Return Shipping:
Should you need to return your product to CosmoxToys for warranty reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by you. When sending your product back, please ensure to include the following details:

• Name
• Address
• Contact phone number
• Order Number

4. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Generally, refunds can take between 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. If after this period you still haven't received your refund:

• First, review your bank's transaction history.
• Contact your bank to inquire about the status.

5. Change of Mind:
Please be advised that 'change of mind' returns are not accepted. We urge our customers to make careful product selections as we will neither exchange nor refund products due to a change of mind.
