Online orders are shipped from the CosmoxToys warehouse in Meadowbrook Queensland.
Your order will typically be packed within 48 hours of placing your order. Please note, that orders placed on weekends and public holidays may be delayed, as Australia Post and the couriers used by us, only operate on normal trading days.
Your order will be sent via Australia Post, the delivery time may vary, depending on your location, the package size, the chosen shipping option, and other varying circumstances.
Any orders that are placed that consist of any gas, CO2 bulbs or aerosol cans that a placed with Express Postage, will automatically be changed to Regular postage as these products cannot be shipped via air.
